Rajan P Dev, one of the versatile actors that Malayalam cinema ever had, has passed away yesterday. Regardless of the kind of roles he got – be it villainous (Indrajaalam), humorous (Aniyan Baava Chettan Baava) or character roles (Azhakiya Ravanan) – he handled them all with an artistic mastery. Coming from a strong theatrical background, he was most famous for his legendary portrayal of Kochu Vaava in Kaattu Kuthira (drama). He has also directed two movies. He will be missed…

Rajan P Dev was born on 20-5-1953.His birth number is 2(2+0=2).He died on his birth number(2+9=11,1+1=2).Also,he was 56 (5+6=11,1+1=2).In other words,he died on his lucky day.
The year of death 2009 is represented by 2
Another example: JRD Tata was born on 29-7-1904.He died on 29-11-1993.

he was a decent actor, just the other day I saw an interview featuring him..may his soul RIP

I somehow used to like his ‘edayedayeda…’ dialogs. He still had a little bit of theatre touch on the silver screen as well but mostly within acceptable limits compared to many other people who came in from theatre. If you notice, even Mukesh had a bit of dramatic expressions/movements…

That’s a good observation Ajith. You are right. I also think that his drama background helped him a lot to do the kind of roles he got.
